Leading Shropshire developer Galliers Homes is set to launch its latest development in the county.
The firm will unveil a collection of 18 stylish detached and semi-detached properties at Sundorne in Shrewsbury on September 16.
The Saxon Grove scheme, on Sundorne Road, will feature three-bedroom properties all including a high specification bathroom, master bedroom and a contemporary kitchen with selected appliances.
There are three different house designs, all with their own distinctive features, with selected plots featuring a garage or en suite shower room.
Located adjacent to The Shrewsbury Club, Saxon Grove has excellent access to a well-equipped gym, tennis courts and a swimming pool.
Shrewsbury town centre is approximately three miles away and the development is located near to a number of schools with ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ OFSTED ratings, including the prestigious Belvidere School, less than three miles away.
As Saxon Grove is located on the A49, it allows for a straightforward commute throughout the region.
“We are pleased to be launching our second development in the Sundorne area and are expecting it to be just as popular as our initial collection of homes here, which sold out quickly,” said Andy Gough, director or Galliers Homes, based in Shrewsbury Business Park.
Prices are between £187,500 to £225,000 for the first homes that have been put on the market and the government’s Help to Buy scheme is available here, offering a 20% loan to put towards purchase.
