Galliers has won a top accolade in an important regional award scheme.

The company walked away with the ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ trophy at the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce annual awards event.

Despite fierce competition, the business was singled out by judges for its efforts to enhance the customer journey through its ‘Steps to Success’ scheme.

“This was introduced to raise our customer service standards and we are delighted that it has been recognised by the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce – we were thrilled to win the award,” said Sharon Taylor who attended a glittering presentation evening attended by hundreds of people.

“Steps to Success was set up by a dedicated team of staff and marks a step change in the way we interact with our purchasers. It has been a major breakthrough in increasing customer satisfaction ratings.

“Everyone involved is passionate about our main aims, which are to enhance the customer journey, increase response rates on our NHBC satisfaction surveys, become a ‘developer of choice’ and be awarded the coveted 5 Star status from the House Builders Federation.

“We are delighted to say that over the past 18 months, these targets have been met, culminating with the House Builders Federation awarding us with 5 star status, meaning that the overall experience of our purchasers is excellent.

“It is therefore the icing on the cake to receive this coveted award.”
