A valuation for your home
Firstly, we will hold the home of your choice for 48 hours, so that you have the security of knowing it can’t be sold to another buyer.
We will then ask for valuations for your current home, from two established local estate agents. Based on their valuations, we’ll recommend a selling price for your home, designed to enable you to sell with ease. As a gesture, we cover the cost of instructing the valuations.
Getting the best mortgage
Now is the perfect time to ensure you have the right mortgage for you. We can recommend an independent financial advisor who is a specialist in the new homes market.
They have access to mortgages not always available on the High Street and there is no cost for having an initial discussion.
On the market
Once you’re happy with the selling price for your home, we’ll appoint both of our established estate agents to put it on the market, promote it effectively and liaise with you to co-ordinate viewings.
An offer for your home
All offers for your home will be communicated with you so that you can agree the offer that is right for you. We will confirm your reservation of your new home and take you through the easy steps to complete that purchase.
Once you’ve accepted an offer, we’ll liaise with your solicitors to complete the sale of your current home alongside the purchase of your new home.
Throughout, our pre-owned homes team, sales advisor, solicitors and financial advisors are available to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the selling process.
