As we continue to follow Government guidelines to ensure the health, wellbeing and protection of all our employees, customers and visitors, our sales offices and showhomes are not open for general visits. We are happy to arrange a private viewing so please call if you would like to make an appointment. Our reservation fee is fully refundable so you can reserve with confidence.
Our sales hotlines are open and our experienced team are on hand to provide information, guidance and support whether you are searching for your next home or you have already reserved a home with us.
There is specific Government guidance for construction sites which we follow to ensure we meet all health, safety and social distancing guidance. We continually assess all work undertaken and only work that can be executed safely and in accordance with these guidelines will be undertaken.
As a family company, our priority is taking care of our communities, our people and their families, our customers and suppliers, while we continue to operate as normal as possible, over the coming weeks.
Our website is updated regularly with new homes available, new ways to purchase your home and information about future homes in new locations. You’ll find our current availability and prices along with detailed brochures for each of our locations and 3D tours for a range of our homes. If you have already reserved your home
If you have reserved one of our homes and are looking forward to moving, please be assured that we are doing everything possible to complete your home and ensure your move is easy. Throughout this time, our sales and customer teams are working hard to ensure that our customers can move into their new homes easily and without delays. Your sales advisor will keep you updated on progress as usual and we will be in regular contact with you to update you on your completion date and any further information you require to plan your move.

It's easy to check what mortgage options are right for you and you don’t need to make an appointment to visit a financial advisor, mortgage broker or lender. Our Independent Financial Advisors can provide all the details you need by phone or email. Reserving your new home
You don’t need to visit one of our sales offices to reserve your new home. If you would prefer to choose your new home from the comfort of your own home, then we’re happy to help. We can provide video tours of our homes and additional photography – just let us know which home interests you and we can share the relevant information with you.
We are happy to reserve your home via phone, email, Skype or Microsoft Teams and we can confirm details to you by return.
